Once again, Bright has turned what was going to be a huge ordeal to arrange care, for a Friday wedding, into an easy, RELIABLE and stress free situation. I appreciate the confirmations as soon as I enquire, having the same lovely carer(s) and consistency of service. The kids were even collected from the school bus that day. We could consequently enjoy a beautiful wedding and I honestly didn't give the kids another thought.

Can I just take this opportunity to say I LOVE your care agency, I am so grateful I found it. Super professional and the quality of carers is outstanding. Ruby is an incredible carer for us in Wellington, truly amazing. Nothing is too much bother, the first time she cared for us, it was an overnight job and she did an incredible job. I came home to a sparkly kitchen and very happy children who couldn't wait to see her again. She kept us up to date via text and really put my mind at ease as I had never left my children overnight before. Additionally, this week she has helped us out at very short notice due to an injury I have just experienced on Friday. I can't say enough about what a treasure she is.
